Features: Ardesia light grey tessuto nylon exterior; saffiano leather trim; double adjustable and detachable top handles, adjustable and detachable flat leather shoulder strap; detachable luggage tag; gold tone hardware; top zip closure to main compartment, jacquard textile lined interior with 1 x zipped pocket and 1 x slip pocket.

Measurements: 31 cm (length) x 25 cm (height) x 14 cm (width) x 17 - 26 cm (handle drop) x 34 - 40 cm (shoulder strap drop).

Condition: Great condition. The exterior is in great condition with light creasing to the leather trim, subtle fading resulting a very slight green tinge around the very top edge, and faint marks to the base. The handles and shoulder strap are in great condition showing light wear to the glazing as well as light rubbing and creasing throughout. The hardware is in great condition with light surface scratches throughout. The interior shows fading around the top edge but is otherwise clean and in great condition.

Comes with: Prada dust bag (has faint marks throughout); shoulder strap; luggage tag; authenticity card; tag; and care booklet.

Shipping

Australia and United States:

Shipping is FREE within Australia and the US. We ship via courier, which is fully trackable and insured.

We will dispatch your order by the end of the next business day and email you the tracking details. A signature is required on delivery and our courier can only deliver to a street address, and not to a post office box or parcel locker.

International Orders:

We are based in Australia and ship to all major countries including the US, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong and more. We ship via courier for FREE to the US. Shipping is $55 to all other international countries sent via registered international post. Buyers are responsible for any taxes or charges from their country.

Returns

We offer 14 day returns within Australia – we even pay for the return shipping. Returns are completely FREE, except for layby orders.

For returns/cancelled layby orders a service fee of 10% of the price will apply. We recommend that if there is the chance of a return, that you purchase the item outright to ensure you can return for free.

An item can only be returned if it is unused and our tag remains attached. To initiate a return, contact us at enquiries@luxeitfwd.com.au before 5pm (EST) on the final day of the returns period.

International orders can be returned by notifying us within 7 days. International buyers must then promptly ship the item per our instructions at their own cost and responsibility. Postage costs are not refunded for international returns.
