Shipping is FREE within Australia and the US. We ship via courier, which is fully trackable and insured.
We will dispatch your order by the end of the next business day and email you the tracking details. A signature is required on delivery and our courier can only deliver to a street address, and not to a post office box or parcel locker.
International Orders:
We are based in Australia and ship to all major countries including the US, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong and more. We ship via courier for FREE to the US. Shipping is $55 to all other international countries sent via registered international post. Buyers are responsible for any taxes or charges from their country.
We offer 14 day returns within Australia – we even pay for the return shipping. Returns are completely FREE, except for layby orders.
For returns/cancelled layby orders a service fee of 10% of the price will apply. We recommend that if there is the chance of a return, that you purchase the item outright to ensure you can return for free.
An item can only be returned if it is unused and our tag remains attached. To initiate a return, contact us at enquiries@luxeitfwd.com.au before 5pm (EST) on the final day of the returns period.
International orders can be returned by notifying us within 7 days. International buyers must then promptly ship the item per our instructions at their own cost and responsibility. Postage costs are not refunded for international returns.
